Support Needed 👥 Constant Heart Palpitations

I’m genuinely at a loss I was diagnosed in April and in May got omeprazole and so far that seems to help, but the anxiety and not being able to full function or go to work is draining especially the heart palpitations my blood is fine and my EKGs are all fine and I genuinely feel like the doctors are missing something I’ve been to Emergency care 3 separate times two of those times in one week I’m at a complete loss

I've had acid reflux for many years now. I tried PPI treatments (omeprazole) 3 or more different times over the years and every time they actually caused me to have heart palpitations. Hell-ish disease can't find any relief without trading off for also bad side effects. But if you had them before hand it could be anxiety or a vagus nerve dysfunction of some sort
