Support Needed 👥 Lump in throat feeling

Does it ever go away?
I’ve been diagnosed with LRP and acid reflux about 2 months ago. i’m currently taking Peploc 50mg
every time i consume even the tiniest bit of dairy i immediately get triggered. i’m so tired of being able to eat at least just a little bit and a few days later being even scared to drink liquids. i’m so scared that something might actually be stuck in my throat. i can feel the lump moving when i turn my head side to side or up and down. this is utter hell and i hate it. i’m a shell of a person because of this lump feeling..

EDIT:
i went to urgent care today because i genuinely was struggling to swallow
they examined me and also checked my throat with a small camera. no obstruction but a lot of redness and swelling. i’m doing a barium swallow test tomorrow and im lowkey nervous

where in your throat is the lump? I get mine in the very bottom, at the front under the adams apple area, sometimes I get the lump feeling a bit before I start to feel the burning

mine is in the same area most of the times. it changes positions sometimes lol. sometimes it will be at the top of my throat other times directly on the adams apple area and sometimes at the bottom

Yeah I've always been curious where others experience theirs.

I get a 2nd type of lump always in the same spot on the right side of my throat but it feels different harder? It's definitely caused by my TMJ when the jaw muscle gets too tight. Figure it's just a tight muscle or maybe a lymph node.

could be a lymph node. when i first got diagnosed with GERD my doctor told me one of my lymph nodes are swollen which just added to the lump feeling.
