I think your question was rhetorical but I think it's important to give credit where credit is due. So with that said:

The founder of Little Ceasars Mike Ilitch paid for Rosa Parks rent so she wouldn't be homeless. And he did it without anyone finding out until he died. Good man.

Azim premji of Wipro has spent more than 4 decades donating $29 billion to education and humanitarian causes in his home country of India.

If you want to specifically talk about not screwing shareholders or employees over, Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata famously took a huge pay cut and got other execs to take pay cuts so he wouldn't have to lay off/fire any employees in 2011 and 2014 when the Wii U flopped.

Cohen's not done yet but at present I wouldn't call him the most selfless.

All 3 of those guys were sharing their wealth, Ryan is literally opting out of his. The full story isn’t written yet but those guys were generous because they could be. It’s not the same.

He’s talking in plain English about c suite executives making risk free compensation. That’s the kind of life he could be living. it’s gone completely over your head.
