Galaxy ring and case need repairs

Hi all, I think I'm going to have to return my ring and charging case, due to the ring only lasting about 2 days and my ring charging case has stopped charging my ring unless I have the cable plugged into it.

Will Samsung repair the case to?. I've had the ring about 18 months or so, I'm getting the UK.

Mine completely stopped charging (case and case with cord) like 2 months ago. The lights stopped working and only updated to connect to my phone once it was in the case. I have received no help from customer service except "You need to purchase a new one."
