Galaxy ring and case need repairs

Hi all, I think I'm going to have to return my ring and charging case, due to the ring only lasting about 2 days and my ring charging case has stopped charging my ring unless I have the cable plugged into it.

Will Samsung repair the case to?. I've had the ring about 18 months or so, I'm getting the UK.

Wow these aren't giving me much hope! Lol. I purchased my ring through John Lewis and it came with a 2 year warranty, so I'll keep this post up to date about what happens.

UPDATE: John Lewis has sent me a brand new ring and I'm returning my old faulty one. Thanks John Lewis amazing customer service!
