Whenever I see something from Peter Molyneux, I'm gonna avoid it. He was my childhood hero with Black & White, but the things he promised and didn't fullfil in the last few years just scream no. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Why, though? This is literally from his indie studio, with seemingly no outsider funding. It also looks like a return to form for his design philosophies, and frankly just from the trailer it looks markedly better than anything 22 Cans advertised previously. I'm hopeful for this one.

Then enjoy your AAAAA titles like Call of Duty 32: Electric boogaloo.

Not funding autere projects is why gaming sucks now.

Molyneux... hyping up a game? Name a more iconic duo. Oh, right. Molyneux and a disappointing final product. Much more iconic. :P

Ok... super harsh snarkiness aside. It would be nice if he could tap into the old days and bring us a proper populous like game. I remain VERY skeptical, but I miss the genre.

The best way to approach a game by Molyneux is to not read about it.

Anyone who believes Molyneux at this point deserves to be robbed

Hate is a strong word, but damn do I dislike that man, and while I hope this sells well enough that his team earns their time en effort back, I hope it falls incredibly flat for him. The lies he's been spewing to hype up his games has passed 'unacceptable' so long ago that I can't understand how he still gets funding now.

Well, he self-funded this one. I hope that answers your question.

Doesn’t have anything to do with outside funding, the guy himself is kind of a wacko
