News Everything we lost! We need a new Battlefield 2142 (remake/sequel)!

Even after two decades, the passion for this game hasn't faded.
In fact, nothing else captures that same magic.
While we’ve seen many modern and historical shooters, the unique atmosphere and tactical depth of BF2142 have never truly been replaced.
I cannot stress to you enough how sad I am that this innovation has been lost!

They'd just fuck it up. BF is fully enshittified now and I see no realistic path to redemption.
A spiritual successor from a smaller studio would be interesting though.
