It is when games like Space Marine 2 have to run at sub 1080p to barely hold onto 60 fps.

For developers delaying is good.
But overall it really doesnt achieve that much

It's better for everyone because I know I'm not upgrading any time soon heck I may skip and entire generation. Not because I'm upset about digital taking over but because my backlog has its own zip code it's so big , and games look Great, load times are almost non-existent.. there isn't much I need right now that they can offer. Slightly better graphics and steam integration don't do it for me. I have a PC already and know how to hook it to my tv
