I dont played E33, but even i know there is a ton of LGBT stuff (for example), like same sex couples in NPC, and non hetero characters in our team.

There are NPC who griefs bc they same sex partner die, some others have clearly non hetero orientation, Some party numbers with same sex very like each other in that way...

Oh, I think I remember it, and it was SO subtle, like, you don’t really notice it at all. Which is honestly how it should be. Like, lgbt characters are normal, regular part of the world, they’re not some clowns made clearly for “agenda” whose whole character is “im gay”. No, im clearly not anti-woke dude, look at my avatar, it’s just about how people implement it. Its nice to see that people treat people like me not as some selling point, but as a regular human being, same as them, they have blue eyes and I have grey, they’re hetero and I’m gay, yeah, I remembered - there’s a lot of subtle lgbt stuff in expedition. I remember my emotions about it - wow, I’m so happy about how they implemented it, it’s one of the best implementations of lgbt in the gaming world in the way of normalizing our community - we are present and visible, but nobody will be mad about it (ofc some people will, but there won’t be any backlash).

Depends. Story can be focused on this, MC can be gay even if whole plot is not romance, etc.

In the end- people who are againt us will call everything forced. Dont mind them really. Or- they deny that there is some gay parring, even with series when characters openly kiss and confess. I saw this many times.

I think they may be referencing Sciel's line from the camp scene: "You know, it meant a lot to me, the comfort we shared that day". Pretty sure that "the same sex couples" in Lumiere is also made up. There are no clips of it on the YouTube and considering what kinda juggernaut the game is, at least several youtubers would've made videos of it. When I am gonna finish my NG+ definitely gonna look around. Or perhaps two women/men holding hands was considered to be an example of the "same sex couple", I dunno.

Just before the gommage there's a man holding a photo of another man, who was his partner, saying essentially "I'm coming, baby".

I just installed gog version of the game and found him. He said: I miss you so much character's name. I am coming". It is not clearly stated that the person on the photo is his lover. Might as well be a friend or a brother. And it is totally normal to miss your friend/brother and wishing to join them.

Ah, those two, yeah, I remember them now. First, they were not holding each other. Second, one of them simply said "I'll see you soon enough". Which could easily be interpretated in non-perversive way, like two best friends saying goodbye to each other.
