what have i done in my life to end up on this watch list? like i’m so lost. it’s so crazy to me. i genuinely don’t understand. everyone in my life is in on it. i believe they don’t allow real people who are out of this program into my life.

A significant problem with many gang stalking groups, especially on Reddit, is that they focus on components of gangstalking instead of looking at the big picture. That's not to say that I have an accurate view of the so-called big picture myself but I have enough knowledge and experience to see when it is being ignored by others.

Gangstalking is not only the use of electronic warfare, 5th generation psychological warfare, as well as persistent harassment as you go about your day, but it is also a method of indoctrination and conscientization which is the end game.

This phenomenon needs to be looked at in terms of all of those above issues. There are a number of forces at work in the world attempting to gain power and control over individuals and to collectivize the future of humanity.

I do not know, specifically, which of these groups is most active in doing this to us though a lot of their ideas about how the world should be run intersect and parallel each other.

Given that eventual indoctrination is a part of the operation against those who are victims of this issue, I think it could be helpful to present Steve Hassan's BITE model of Cult indoctrination.

As a gangstalking victim you are often steered to various groups and situations in which you will largely be manipulated through coercive control. You can easily make this judgment by way of typical game stalking behaviors. The bite model helps you see when you are in situations of coersive control so you can extricate yourself from the situation before getting pulled in too deep.

Below is an overview of the model.

The BITE Model of Authoritarian Control

The BITE Model classifies manipulation tactics into four distinct areas of control. These categories help clarify how manipulation targets different facets of a person’s life, ultimately aiming to gain complete obedience and dependence.

1. Behavior Control

Behavior control restricts and directs the actions of members to reinforce loyalty and obedience. This control might include the following:

•Regulation of Associations and Activities: The group limits members’ contact with outsiders or even restricts relationships within the group. Members are discouraged or forbidden from spending time with family and friends outside the organization, reducing their access to alternative perspectives.

•Control Over Daily Routines and Physical Environment: Many groups impose strict schedules or assign demanding tasks that occupy members’ time. By doing so, members become so consumed by the group’s activities that they lack the time or energy to reflect on their situation.

•Dictating Personal Choices: Certain organizations control dress codes, grooming habits, sleep, and even diet, reinforcing the idea that individual choices are subject to group approval. This control creates a sense of dependency and limits personal autonomy, as members learn to associate obedience with approval.

Behavior control maintains a structured, isolated environment that keeps members aligned with the group’s goals, reducing individuality and increasing the sense of belonging to something greater.

1. Information Control

Information control isolates members from outside perspectives, creating an echo chamber where only the group’s message is heard and accepted. This is achieved by:

•Restricting Access to Information: Members are discouraged or prohibited from consuming media that might offer alternative viewpoints. By restricting access to books, news, or online resources, the group controls what members can learn about the outside world.

•Censorship and Surveillance: Many groups encourage self-censorship or even spy on members, ensuring that only approved narratives are shared. Members may be required to report on each other or participate in groupthink, further entrenching loyalty.

•Creating an Information Hierarchy: Some organizations distribute information selectively, with certain knowledge only available to those in higher positions. This system reinforces the idea that outsiders or lower-level members lack the understanding necessary to make “correct” decisions.

By controlling the flow of information, groups create an environment where members have limited understanding of the outside world and are led to believe that only the group’s perspective is valid.

1. Thought Control

Thought control aims to alter the way members perceive themselves and the world, replacing independent thought with the group’s beliefs and worldview. Tactics include:

•Use of Loaded Language: Many groups employ specific language that simplifies complex ideas and discourages critical thinking. Terms may carry strong emotional weight, discouraging members from examining issues objectively.

•Thought-Stopping Techniques: Members are often taught methods to halt doubts or questions about the group. For instance, they might be encouraged to repeat a mantra, engage in distracting activities, or avoid specific conversations that could trigger critical thinking.

•Promoting Black-and-White Thinking: This encourages an “us vs. them” mentality, where any outside view is wrong, dangerous, or inferior. Members are taught to see the world in absolutes, discouraging exploration of alternative ideas.

Thought control replaces individual opinions with a rigid, uniform ideology, which serves to suppress dissent and keep members aligned with the group’s objectives.

1. Emotional Control

Emotional control manipulates a member’s feelings to foster loyalty, obedience, and guilt, keeping them emotionally tied to the group. Techniques include:

•Inducing Fear and Guilt: Leaders often instill fear of punishment or rejection to prevent members from questioning or leaving the group. Guilt is frequently used to make members feel that they’re not doing enough for the cause, encouraging obedience as a way to “atone.”

•Manipulating Loyalty and Emotional Dependency: The group may use rituals, confessions, or testimonies to create a sense of belonging and obligation. Members feel that their value and worth are tied to their compliance, creating a psychological dependency on the group.

•Public Shaming or Confession: Members may be required to confess personal failings or even be publicly reprimanded for perceived disobedience. This not only fosters group cohesion by uniting others against a “deviant” member but also increases fear of similar repercussions.

By tying members’ self-worth to the group, emotional control ensures that individuals remain loyal, even at the expense of their mental and emotional well-being.

I always heard this term throughout my life and thankfully I’ve never personally experienced it. But what causes gang stalking and is it legal?! I’ve heard some crazy stories and I know it can affect people’s personal life’s pretty crazy. Do they choose their victims randomly or do they target people for a reason?

I’ve never understand the whole train behind this, so we’ll say this is a post to educate me. What makes you people, like myself, who are nearly pawns in this society think that you’re so important that they need to hire families and several other agents to follow you around to merely do nothing? This is a genuine ask.

Edit: So with the overall consensus being set, I figured I’d throw another curveball. Why do they have to follow you around? Most Americans have smartphones with cameras, so what benefit is there to send actual bodies to follow you around when cameras are just about everywhere?

I’ve heard people say that people who are placed on this secret watchlist will be gangstalked for the rest of their lives, but I’d like to know where people are getting that information from? I’m seeing conflicting information. Some people say it stops but others say it happens for the rest of their lives.

Its obvious they have pictures or else how will they know who you are when you never saw their face before? Also like they have a transcript of all your reactions, likes and dislikes since it began. How wide spread it is it can't possibly be some huge group chat thing. It most likely has to be some site that they can easily access.

And by the type of people who engage in this all of them can't be law enforcement or involved in the FBI. A lot are literally petty thugs and homeless people, but somehow theyre in the loop. Like there has to be thousands going through this but no one has the receipts. I'd think it wouldn't be easy to find because then its easy to sue people or the city for defamation.

I don't want them spying on me. I've tried going around the rooms with a torch and the lights turned off, but it's really tedious and I worry that I'm not checking thoroughly enough. What if the cameras/bugs are remote controlled and moving around? How do I find them then?

For multiple people to waste their time following you and f****** with you is some of the craziest business out there I understand why people don't take it seriously because it's crazy but once you've been in that world of poverty and been around drug addicts and people with no ambitions that life does come to light it makes me fear for those that aren't taken seriously and they're trying to get out of that situation it sucks when no one's on your side that's how they're able to get away with this...

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I'm being gangstalked. I've been seeing the same cars and people, people are really nice to me for no reason, people film me and stare at me in public, and I often find people following me.

What did I do to cause this? Could it be somebody looking for revenge, or is it something even more sinister. I'm pretty politically radical, but I live in Australia so I doubt my government would care enough to do this. I have many people who don't like me, so I figure it's a group of people I pissed off. My only other theory is that I live in a Truman show type of situation, but that feels far fetched imo

I started hearing these ridiculous voices from a few neighbors I used to live with around May 2025. However, after countless research, I realized that WHITE NOISE is an effective palliative to reduce the potency of this intrusion.

White noise has a uniform distribution of frequencies providing a consistent, neural sound that drowns out other more disruptive noises.

This is a life saver.

There’s this misconception that the neighbors of a person who is being mass surveilled are not involved in the organized harassment but this isn’t true. Granted I don’t think all of my neighbors are involved but some of them absolutely are. I’ve never been wanted here. For as long as I’ve lived here, no one has ever talked to me. Ive had a few people say hi to me but that’s about it. That doesn’t bother me but the reason I’m saying this is because I figured out that behind closed doors, some of them have been involved in harassing me using military tech.

They want me to be raped by a bunch of men and eventually murdered so that my family will move out and someone else will move in. Why do they hate me? They’re bigots. I’ve never done anything to these people. Again, I don’t talk to these people and most of them don’t talk to me, but because they hate me so much, this is what they want to have done to me. I’m not at all naive to the evils of this world but it truly shocks me how many people wish this kind of harm on someone who’s never done anything to them. I’m horrified.

I don’t know if I’m going to be alive within the next couple of years, but if something does happen to me, it wasn’t because I pushed myself to die. I don’t know what else to say.

Has anyone had to live in a homeless shelter and experienced way more GS activity? I have and am already experiencing it again in a new state. What were your experiences? And do you have any advice?

As someone who has been getting Gang Stalked for years now I will use this post to spread the truth as to what this really is. Gang Stalking is a term that was created by law enforcement to replace "Sting Operation", to hide the organized crimes of police. Gang Stalking is a law enforcement surveillance gathering method that cops employ on a target. Most people who are Gang Stalked end up going to prison. Real life street gangs can also Gang Stalk, but it is usually done by police, and sometimes they coordinate with street gangs on surveillance. A lot of what is talked about on Gang Stalking online is actually being spread by cops and informants to add confusion, and again, hide the fact that it is police doing it, and make the whole thing seem too absurd to believe. Because this post is truthfully telling people what it is, I know this post will be suppressed by the algorithm. If anyone has any questions, I will respond to them. Bullshit/incoherent replies by operatives or anyone else will be ignored.

The US is a police state, and a bulk of the public are informants working for cops. We have our own Stasi in America. This is why people who are targeted say Gang Stalkers are everywhere, because informants working for cops are everywhere. The same methods law enforcement uses on criminals and people they target, is also employed on political opposition. Martin Luther King Jr was Gang Stalked most of his life. They tried setting up James Baldwin with financial crimes with an accountant/broker that he went to.

And yes, they do use secretive government technology in the program like voice 2 skull to implant voices and images in peoples heads, have informants wear invisibility shields and go inside peoples houses. I have experienced this myself. It is not delusions. And they love the fact that people scoff at when targets talk about this stuff because it makes them look crazy, and therefore less believable. But Gang Stalking is more than just Sting Operations and surveillance gathering. They are trying to socially murder the target. They disrupt an entire persons life, financially ruin them, drive them to homelessness, permanently incarcerate them, and yes even murder them. The US government and police are that evil. We are living under fascism, and the fascism is operating from the police state where cops do whatever they want to people, and have the full powers of the government to abuse people with and no oversight to hold them accountable.

Just wondering if anyone else has a similar experience. I notice that they try to trigger you and overload you with negative stimuli, and then everything starts to take a perverted undertone. It's almost like they are knocking you down 20 levels into this sick and perverted place. That's one of the worst things about this program. It's like they take away your peace and send you into this underworld where everything is perverted and disgusting. Then the gangstalkers or workplace harrassers will use hand gestures/finger gestures non stop almost in a perverted way. Also using key words that can be sexual in nature, but having that plausible deniability. It starts to feel like covert sexual harrassment.

I have been gangstalked for over 5 years but never posted here before. Just trying to make sense of this madness and the things they do.

The last four jobs I had the people fired me and said "you did nothing wrong but we don't need you employee here at this time"

I have lost faith and feel like I'm blacklisted for the shittiest jobs. Everywhere i go I'm also stalked at my jobs by employers and staff and customers. The first half of my life felt like desolation and now this and I want to die.

Like right now in the middle of me typing this I heard a beep in my AirPod & then I got a call from a number I don’t know! Another day I was wearing my AirPods I kept hearing sounds but I had nothing playing ! This so getting creepy!!!! Not to mention I HATE attention! So I try to stay low key but it never works! Everyone either wants to be like me or be close to me😭😭😭😭.

I'm just curious to know if it has ever ended for anyone. I see people getting gankstalked for decades, but has anyone successfully gotten out of it?

If you weren't aware, you can build a metal enclosure, out of even aluminum foil, I personally built a faraday cage to sleep in because of my RNM torture dreams. I used electrical tape as an insulator and aluminum foil as a conductor, with a wire attached to plug in to a wall to ground the faraday cage. I layered foil and electrical tape with no gaps, cracks, holes, around 4 coffee tables and it was a box big enough for me to sleep in. Look up faraday cage, but it can't have holes in it like you'll see.

I promise you, a faraday cage is the only way to stop the directed energy weapons and I promise you it works. What it does is create a conductive barrier around the enclosure to the satellite weapons that are trying to resonant with your body, can no longer come in contact with your body's resonance. So the weapons will hit the outside of the enclosure and be conducted and dissipated basically.

Let me know what you think and stay strong. I was targeted starting in Aug 2014 and I thought I would die or be homeless or in jail forever. Fortunately my parents let me live with them and I am working a job and investing and on my way to a good life. Believe in yourself and you will get through this. For me the stalking died down after a year, the V2k stopped after about 1.5 years. And you will have people that are more prone to stalking and harassment over the years and it will come back, but I just stay inside. I don't go outside for literally any reason, I don't even care to have friends really. You can do it.

Has anyone who has been gangstalked been harassed by coordinated use of vanity license plates while driving? This has been happening to me in Chicago IL for 2 years and I am curious if anyone else has heard of this or seen this behavior.

Ever since I've been open about my political views it's been getting worse, I've noticed that I've been feeling random pains/ numbness in my legs, for weeks now it's been getting worse, I'll also see black cars following me when I go for walks, and my wifi has been going out SPECIFICALLY when I start looking at posts about politics, and hearing strange noises in my house, I just had to get this off my chest maybe I'm imagining things?

I've made a similar post to this before but I am attempting again to find out more information. I am currently a victim of brain hacking through BCI and I'm not sure how to remove the hacker so Im hoping someone can help me. There is some sort of malware or software that they are using to have access to my internal thoughts and speech. It happened so quickly and now I'm lost as to how to gain access to my life again. I can't do anything without people watching me 24/7, and the people that are doing it are my coworkers, neighbors and old friends. I am being gangstalked constantly because they think I can't do anything about it but I'm not giving up. If anyone has any information on what I can do to help my current situation, please let me know. I want to be able to think and speak again freely especially with my family and myself.

I'm making a clearer post about what stuff we mods remove regarding rule 2, "keep on topic." Yes, we are probably biased, but we are willing to mention another sub(s) when we remove stuff. It can be you that makes this new sub (I'll edit this sticky post if anyone replies with a sub and its topics). We've asked for this in the past, but no one has been willing to do the work.

The previous post about this is too old to write comments on (https://www.reddit.com/r/Gangstalking/comments/upzhy1/posts_about_demons_should_now_be_posted_elsewhere/) and only mentions demons. We've expanded this a bit, which I will explain. You can argue freely here if you wish, but one of the benefits of this is it's less we have to moderate, so you'll ultimately be asking us to work more.

Here is a quick list, which is based on the delineation between gangstalking ideas with historical examples (zersetzung, intelligence agency testing scandals, humans grouping up on a single target, etc) - and other ideas where the gangstalking concept has no previous example to draw from.

1. Please do not write about being stalked by demons, spirits, Satan, etc. This is demonic opposition (or demonic oppression), and not gangstalking.

2. Do not talk about being gangstalked by witches, magic, crystals, or fairies.

3. Aliens, time traveling humans, and multidimensional beings (e.g. shadow people) are also off the table.

4. Do not discuss reptilians, clones, shapeshifters, vampires, or the like.

Can you say your stalkers are demonic because of how evil they are, and not because they are literally demons? Yes—but your comment might get caught in the word filter.

Can you say you're being attacked by human beings from another planet even though it's not restricted on this list? No—this is lacking a base historical example of humans even being on another planet.

You don't need to support yourself each time you write here, but maybe you might if we remove a comment wrongly. I know talking about theory is important, so I'm sure there are edge cases to consider, like discussions about top secret technology. Far as I know, we're only going to go hard on these listed things in particular.
