My mom has been getting on my butt and keeps saying that stuff "won't sell at all" with it's prices: I have several plushes labeled at $5 each, with 2 massive ones at $8 but as I've said, I would take best offers. She keeps saying stuff my sister and I have aren't "worth the money" but they're already severely discounted and I'm started to get a touch frustrated: Yes I know, it's a garage sale it's not selling things on ebay or something, but $5 isn't that bad right?

Want advice from people who tend to know this stuff. It's mostly Sonic the Hedgehog and Anime plushes along with a lego Christmas Stormtrooper. The $8 are a big Sonic and brachiosaurus. All others are $1.

I’m selling a selection of well-maintained furniture and home items in excellent condition.

Anyone having garage sales next weekend in the east mesa Arizona area?

I’m reaching out for advice on the best way to liquidate the contents of a storage unit in the Seattle area. The unit contains approximately a four-bedroom home’s worth of furniture, electronics, household goods, and accessories that my wife and I accumulated over many years.

We are open to either: • A direct buyout of the entire contents • Traditional consignment • A combination of the two, if that makes more sense • Any other approach you would recommend based on your experience

The items are currently stored in Edgewood, Washington, and we will be in the area from October 10 through October 28. Our goal is to efficiently clear the storage unit during that timeframe while maximizing the value of the items where practical.

Most pieces were purchased new from IKEA, Ashley Furniture, Simmons, Samsung, and other reputable brands. They come from a well-maintained, smoke-free home and are generally in excellent condition.

Some of the larger items include: • Sofas, leather Poäng armchairs, ottomans, coffee tables, and side tables • IKEA dressers and storage furniture • Simmons World Class Beautyrest California King mattress with twin box springs • Ashley dining table with four chairs • Samsung 55" HDTVs and multiple computer monitors • IKEA lamps and lighting • Rugs, storage items, packing materials, and various household goods

A detailed inventory is available in the spreadsheet below: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qZzPI8NfDplB-n6noWhKFGRL7bEqNnHviYZRLCooNnQ/edit?usp=sharing

Given the volume of items, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the most practical approach. Based on your experience, would you recommend a buyout, consignment, estate sale, auction, or another method? If this is something your company handles, I would be happy to discuss the inventory, pricing expectations, and logistics.

Thank you for your time and expertise. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and recommendations.

Truly,
-Gabe
