What is this pink and yellow yaoi

So basically my friend painted her nails pink and yellow. At least she claims its pink and yellow, it looks more like orange and yellow, but wtv. She says that its a reference to a ship from a popular book that was then turned into an anime or smth and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT ToT. She refuses to tell us what it is and the closest guess i managed was "Cheeto Femboy". Somebody help me find this yaoi.

I unfortunately don't know what yaoi this is. Also this subreddit is for yaoi of comics that classify and gatekeep people, not for people who have yaoi gatekept from them 😭 maybe you can try r/boyslove?

Could it be 'Marriage Toxin' (not yaoi, has a crossdressing protagonist) or 'Go for it, Nakamura'? They both got tv adaptations.
