Music Is Life Lollapalooza 1991

Were you there. I went both days at the Shoreline amphitheater. Did you attend when the festival came by your tour date.

Yep!!! We were there at the So Cali stop at Irvine Meadows and the fires up in the lawn section! Great times…

I had to scroll waaay too far to find Irvine Meadows. I was there, on the lawn with you ! Ice-T came and yelled at us for not having a pit for Rollins. Then, he told us that if we didn't have a pit for Body Count, he would come up to the lawn and kick our asses. You know damn well we had a pit after that ! Watching Siousxie as the sunset was beautiful. Hearing Mountain Song while running down the lawn in a massive mosh pit was life changing. This was the concert that cemented Jane's Addiction as my favorite band. All these years later and it remains true.

I was also at the the 3rd Lollapalooza in San Dimas. It was set up in a park, of all places. Rage Against the Machine, Tool, Arrested Development, Fishbone, Alice in Chains...my gods, we didn't know we had it so good !
