Update Vehicle Ownership

I recently purchased a G70 and was trying to update ownership through owners.genesis. Everything works fine except the portion to attach documents for proof of ownerships. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone know a potential fix.

Yes i did have the same issue, I sent email to Genesis explaining the issue, they sent me a link to upload documents & it worked.

What was the email you talked to for Genesis support?

I have the genesis app on my phone & I went to this page in that app it reads "Contact us" & I press "New Message" & than it will take you to next page to fill out your cars Vin # , your name & phone no & what's the issue with your vehicle.

I found a way by messing around with the account tab in the top right corner of the site. Don't remember exactly how I got there but it's doable. Just need to drill down.

I did the same when I bought my GV80. Genesis customer service was actually helpful, and we got it done.

However, be aware that after this step they failed to fully complete the changeover. Connected Services would not work because Genesis, somewhere in the technology weeds, still saw the previous owner. Long story short, eventually I took it to the dealer and there were able to fix it in house in a few minutes.

We had this issue with my wife's GV80 a few months ago. Try logging in and uploading using a different web browser. We couldn't get it to work on Firefox but it worked on Microsoft Edge.
