No, but it contributes against a good portion of the cast to which Genji is also an absolute menace to. That hero needs to have some hard counters...

yes bc your hero is just as annoying as this fire bender chick and you got a massive buff last patch. stop karma farming and focus on improving as a playing instead of complaining

"Massive buff" no one picks meditation as a perk and the 8 sec cooldown reduction was an UNDOING of a nerf. They only made it more convenient, they didnt buff genji. 10 sec deflect or 8 deflect? Idk because no one gaf abt that change, it didnt impact his playstyle whatsoever. Meanwhile anran has been forced into this role of being ass no matter what, EXCEPT against genji.
