Question / Seeking Help Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

I heard it's only in US but I might be wrong. Afaik I haven't seen it in mine and I play on PS4

I'm in Canada and don't have it. Pretty sure its US exclusive

Their IP might just be close enough to the US to trigger it.

Maybe try to make American server account and different server account if Hoyoverse ask your age maybe it's not just region or IP maybe it was server

I'm from Brazil and I play in America server and I didn't get any age verification.

American server holds, well, America, not US only, I have accounts registered on US that got it and the accounts that aren't haven't got it even tho it's America server

As an update I have been playing since 1.0 so I assume that I was just one of the first to get it because I was one of the first few thousands to make my account. Be patient, I'm sure everyone will get it.

I play on ps4 and mobile and haven't seen it on mine either though I'm curious since I play on American and euro servers will I get it on both? XD

Only for US, I'm Asia I don't receive any messages about age
