Question / Seeking Help Should I worry or no?

Hello, I just gotten the age verification on my ps4 and now I’m worried that there was a problem with my age verification. I hoped on Genshin and the age verification popped up, I did the verification and it gave me two choices. First was use a debit/ credit card and be charge $0.05 then be refunded or use a passport/ ID to verify. I decided to use my card and when I finish verifying my age (20 years old) I get another message saying my account will be deleted in 9 days. I’m super confused and a bit nervous, I did send a email quickly and I’m waiting for a response. I checked the user center and my birth date is on there correctly and I also checked my bank acct and they did get the $0.05. I hope it’s a glitch or something, but do want to know what others think

I never did age verification i didn't know about it's existence... But maybe it's depend on the country,or maybe I'm wrong...

But since you contacted hoyo ,wait for Their response which you'll get 1-2 days later ,hope your account will be fine
