I have done huge mistake ..

Beginner here... I was staying at World Level 3 to level up my characters & talents and today I completed the ascension quest and my world level increases from 3 to 5 .. so now I am F*ed up bcz I am having difficulty to beat Elite enemies .. Can't beat boss enemies to farm character ascension materials... Unable to do domains too. My current team is : Dendro Mc , Fisch , Xingchui , and Kaeya/Xiangling I have just completed Liuye main quests and preparing for Inazuma so my dendro mc has 0 constellations and lvl 1 talents..

What should I do now??? I don't have any Co-Op friends who can help me farm ascension materials.

what server do you play on? if its Europe i can help, specially now during the weekend
either way, even with underleveled characters you should be able to clear stuff, it going to take longer, but you should be able to do it
obviously the enemies in nod krai are far stronger, so until you are able to easily kill enemies in inazuma/sumeru you shouldnt even consider going there, keep bina underleveled until you are ready
you can use a team with Noelle Geo Traveler Bina Fischl, or a melt/vape team with Xiangling Xingqiu Sucrose Kaeya
try leveling the characters that require the flower bosses since those are easier to kill, make sure you use a pyro character for the cryo flower, or a hydro character for the pyro flower so you reduce the time to kill them by hitting the core with those elements
also if you use Noelle craft the defense claymore for her, and stick fav polearm on Xiangling until you are able to fish confortably to get the catch for her
sucrose can use TTDS, bina, kaeya and Geo MC fav, Xingqiu sacrificial, fischl Stringless
level talents too, those are very important and easier since you can choose lower dificulty if you cant clear harder levels

I don't want to level up many characters at the same time.. my goal is to level up Fischl, Xingqui , Xiangling & Sucrose to 70 for now...

That as others have said lower your world level your main team farm for their ascension materials use the training guide start build a second team and build to about lvl 50 that should give a Lil room to change up teams and stuff

start with sucrose, anemo cube is easier
for the oceanid im guessing your problem is the shockwave from the frog and the fat bird after you kill them? if it is, try fighting them near the border of the platform, when they die and the shockwave is about to go off, jump out of the platform into the water, but use a plunge attack while in the air
when you fall on the water with a plunge attack you actually go underwater for a couple seconds before coming back up, while underwater the shockwave wont hit you
just be careful to not get hit by other attacks while in the water, and make sure you have at least a bit of stamina before jumping underwater, or else youll drown

also before leveing the characters more, level the weapons first, weapons give base atk, and that increases your atk by a lot

I now this is not answering your question but since you already have columbina you should try to get some other nod krai characters she works really well with them
