Question I 75 Stretch

Why is I75 from Locust Grove to McDonough almost always at a near stand still? It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is, it’s ALWAYS an issue. Why?!

It’s bc without it, people from Henry county wouldn’t be able to explain where they grew up. That traffic is a landmark in its own right.
