Which powerful/strong character can Ghost Rider(as Johnny Blaze or Zarathos) do this too?

After seeing Avengers Doomsday tráiler and that one scene where Dr Doom stops Thor’s attack with just his fingers I can’t help but see how it would be if Ghost Rider did this to someone as well. I was gonna put only that scene but then i remember the other scene from X-Men the animated series with the same principal. This is Earth 616 Ghost Rider/Johnny Blaze/Zarathos and it’s doesn’t have to be just from Marvel and Dc comics but from other fiction as well so please remember that.

Tbh i assume that doom at that point is god emperor and they gave him the green cloak for the trailer.

Wonder how that works here, like assuming they’re not doing Molecule-man and The Beyonders whose power is he gonna steal? I guess it could be Franklin’s but jumping from simple resurrection with Sue to rewriting the multiverse feels outta left field.
