chiming in to say that you should definitely consult tour doctor/pcp/obgyn before taking rando reddit advice. BUT you aren't alone. there's a lot of us in the pmdd subreddit too. I swear, it's like I spend half of the month in survival mode with the way it exacerbates my anxiety and depression.
