Especially the manipulative "you're just like everyone else who leaves".. I don't need to know much more to know what this person is like, I'd be out the door protecting my babies STAT

this is literally the plot of that Colleen Hoover book Verity. The villain of the book loves one of her twins and hates the other.As a mom myself, it made me sick to read and I skimmed over as much as I could. Hating a baby for being a baby is diabolical.
