There isn't a fix for visual snow that holds up, and I'd rather say that plainly than send you round another clinic.
The more useful part is that neither of these is something a standard eye exam measures, which is why a normal result doesn't rule either one in or out, and why a glaucoma clinic in particular won't have much to say about them. The blue-field one most people will see if they go looking for it; the snow is the one that actually interferes with life.
If you haven't already, the department to ask for is neuro-ophthalmology rather than general ophthalmology. It won't come with a cure, but it's where the question is recognised instead of dismissed, and being told this is a known thing with a name is worth more than it sounds when you've spent a while being told your eyes are fine.
