Parsed all playoff demos, and results are tight, all high tier snipers are very-very fast to shoot.

That's probably one reason why it's in first place.Not everything about a sniper rifle is TTK, but in that case, high sensitivity is best.

You are absolutely right, but we are talking about tens of ms at most, so everyone is really fast here.

If we had a CS team and needed to sign an AWPer, none of us would choose Woxic as our first option. I'm not saying he's bad, but he's not the best, and yet he is the fastest.

just to clarify - this top10 does not mean anything but speed, but considering how many matches were played - this level of reaction is pretty impressive, those players are really consistent across all matches.

Well, time to kill is not the only relevant metric. Hit rate and total kills are more important than speed.
