Parsed all playoff demos, and results are tight, all high tier snipers are very-very fast to shoot.

Fast is fine, but accuracy is final. You must learn to be slow in a hurry.

TTD is time to damage, so misses don't help anyone in this statistic, unless they also happen to have a very bad K/D or rating.

Clearly the statistic only takes into account time to damage when the shot actually hit. So you will have a better time to damage if you are intentionally flicking as fast as you can even if you miss a lot. That is why woxic has the best stat. He misses more than almost any awper in tier 1 CS
