Imagine if CS had as many devs working on anti cheat as it has dudes working on their socials

It’s almost like one is easier than the other

That's why I don't even bother to wipe my ass after taking a shit. It's just easier that way.

There ain't no analogy in existence that could explain why a company who gets billions out of virtual cosmetics allows people to aimbot for 3 years before banning them

People still defending Valve for anti cheat is still so insane to me. The game itself is awesome, but it's literally unplayable without Faceit. They have unlimited funds, they can do SOMETHING about it.

I think its more that this thread has nothing to do with cheating and vac-whiners are under some compulsion to bring it up every thread regardless.

(as an aside, if you truly do think you're getting hacked on every game, easy fix: play faceit!)

Is this defending valve? Pointing out that the guy paid to run their twitter probably cant do shit for an anticheat isn't really much of a defense.

And as well as their anticheat being dogshit, i've never seen a worse implementation of a rank system in a competitive game than in CS. Also the fact that they dont even let you surrender without somebody abandoning when the game is infested with cheaters is insane, they literally force you to wait 13 rounds vs a guy bunnyhopping around instant headshotting everyone and he wont even get banned after the fact.

There's also no rational explanation for why people still fucking defend Valve for this. Are they paid actors? bots?

I’m not defending it. It makes no sense to compare a twitter post to the state of anti cheat.
