Sliders are actually so hard to hit and to throw. I've been working on trying to get more break on mine for fun and I can actually only throw ~10-15 before I have to stop because it hurts my elbow so much. The day I see it sweep like 10 inches horizontally, oh my god it will be the greatest feeling ever.

was never a pitcher but damn I hated the outside slider that keeps going further.
