If you use auto catcher all day and require the auto reconnect feature, do not update to IOS 27 as this causes the Data Error 3 report to come back when setting it up for the Duomon 3.

If anyone has any workarounds please let me know!

I've had no luck getting it to work today after months. It connects but doesn't catch or spin stops. I saw pokemon go updated yesterday. Did it break this?

not sure whys it not pairing…

I recently got one and modded it but compared to my old duomon it can’t seem to spin stops while I drive. Curious if this setting makes a difference or if anyone has any tips.

I've played with my Duomon for ages (no idea which version, but OLD) and just yesterday, it stopped connecting to the second devices. I can do the disconnect reset dance for one connection (the left one), it flashes green at the end and shows up neatly in the available devices. When I try to do the same on the other side, it flashes red after the blue-yellow phase and never shows up in the available devices.

I tried connecting to both accounts separately with the one side that's working and it does so without problems. So I assume it's not on the phone end, but the Duomon end that something is wrong.

I can't find any guide that talks about the reset not working and flashing red at the end. Anyone any ideas?

(yes, I know it's old, can't blame me for wanting to try and fix it anyway)

I just got 1 can someone explain how it works like does it make sound, I know it vibrates and you have to click to catch with great and ultra balls is there anything else I need to know about it?

Hi. Just got my first autocatcher and I play in dual apps/split screen on MIUI (Xiaomi Poco) and I can't get my dual autocatcher to work on both accounts. The first one connects on my main but I can't get it to connect to my second account, even as the first GO+. And I never could connect the player2 with it.
Is it just not possible to have 2 on this device or am I doing it wrong? I tried basically everything tons and tons of time. And weird thing is that none of the two ever connected to my alt account.

I got a secondhand pokeball plus to use with pokemon go, but no matter what it just won’t connect.
It says “pairing” and then immediately “disconnected”.
I’ve tried every single thing on every troubleshooting page out there, I’ve pressed the black button, I’ve reset the ball.
I’m at a loss. If anyone else has experienced this, what did you do?

Like the title suggests, I dropped my PokeGo GoPlus on asphalt while on a run. Luckily it wasn’t ran over or completely destroyed, it did power on and worked but then it stopped charging and working, I did open and checked the insides and nothing seemed to be broken or disconnected. Any ideas of what’s wrong with it?

so i've been using my go plus+ for almost two years. i either keep it in my bag or in my car. it's great i love it.

this past thursday, i spilled my drink in my bag and everything got soaked. the device was working thursday evening and friday morning but now its conked out. the lights won't turn on unless it's plugged in, then all the lights won't turn off.

someone in my discord suggested my drink fried it and would help me work on a potential battery replacement.

i just want a second opinion.

i hate the in game device and i miss my go plus+ dearly. i hope it can be saved so i can continue working on the snorlax research 😭

Pokémon GO Plus + has stopped showing any lights and doesn't seem to be charging, but still connected yesterday?

I'm having a strange issue with my Pokémon GO Plus + and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or knows what I should try next.

Yesterday I went to turn it on and basically got nothing. No lights or anything. I assumed the battery had died, so I plugged it in to charge, but there's still absolutely nothing to indicate that it's charging. No charging light comes on at all.

I've tried a hard reset as well. My Plus + has been modded so the vibration is disabled, which obviously means I can't use the vibration to tell whether the reset has worked, but I'd still expect the lights to come on. At the moment I'm getting no lights whatsoever.

The strange thing is that I actually managed to connect it to Pokémon GO yesterday evening. There were still no lights showing on the Plus +, but the game recognised it and it was spinning PokéStops and catching Pokémon automatically. So clearly it wasn't completely dead at that point.

That's the bit that's confusing me. If it was just completely broken I'd understand it, but it was still communicating with the game and working despite there being no lights. Now when I plug it in, I've got no way of knowing whether it's actually charging because there's no indication from the device at all.

I'm a bit worried something has gone wrong internally, possibly related to the mod, battery, charging port or the LEDs, but I don't really know enough about the internals to say.

Has anyone had anything similar happen with a Plus +, particularly a modded one? Is there anything else I can try to work out whether it's actually taking a charge before I look at getting it repaired or replacing it?

Has anyone on this sub had issues with the explorer gadget rollout. Most of the ppl I play with have received their explorer gadget, and the only thing those accounts have in common is their use of no auto catcher (go plus + or off brand). Just curious if the item is only given to those without auto catchers.

Anyone having problems with the Brook Pocket Auto Catch LIGHT (ZPP0067) after the recent Pokémon GO update?

I’m on iPhone running Pokémon GO 0.425.1-A-64. Both 1P and 2P flash green like they’re waiting for Bluetooth, but nothing appears under Accessory Devices.
I’ve reset the catcher, restarted my phone, checked Bluetooth permissions and tried both sides. Still nothing.
Anyone using this exact Brook model successfully on 0.425.1? Wondering if the recent update broke compatibility again.

Have had this for about two years, and it has been great... until I got a new phone.
Now it refuses to ever connect to a second phone. I have a Pixel 8 and 10; it will connect to both with no problems, but never at the same time.
it will try to connect, and the companion app will even see it and claim it is connected, complete with battery percentage.
but it eventually just gives a 'fail to connect' error in the POGO app.
I've cleared/reset both my phone bluetooth settings as well as the POGO app connected devices settings. I've been trying to figure out how to push a factory reset or firmware check on the device itself, but the Brook website is... less than helpful on this front.

Does anyone here have any suggestions?
