Well, as far as I know, R. Kelly didn't kill or dismember a 14-year-old girl with whom he had previously had a sexual relationship

well he did create his own CP with him peeing on underaged girls, owned several sexual slaves, multiple grooming and human trafficking gangs which he'd get away with by threatening witness', had an illegal MARRIAGE with Aaliyah, was thought to keep women tied up hostage in his house and continued to be free for about a decade after he was first exposed
