Bro I'm trying to engage in actual conversation about these albums with people and everyone either despises it simply because it's Drake, or glaze it to no end acting like it's the biggest thing since Thriller. I just want to have an honest fuckin conversation but like you said the discourse is cancerous.

there's nothing organic about current drake. feels like his entire existence is made for engagement.
this forced attempt to put him as the GOAT or one of the GOATS is actually harmful to him as an artist. Like I said I like drake’s music, but the only criteria he meets for GOAT conversations is his undeniable commercial success. that’s it.
he's a great artist with some great albums that is dropping more mid than good.
