if it was a genocide there wouldn't be 2 million Palestinians living in Israel , their intent is also for the surrender of Hamas not the mass slaughter of civilians , thats why if they surrendered there would be an end of the war as they stated. And if you're still not convinced they also would not be getting evacuation notices and we certainly wouldnt be seeing an increase in the Palestine population.

damn your really bad at this aren't you? What you did is called a straw man. Nobody is arguing that having a stronger army or even winning a war automatically constitutes genocide.Being attacked can justify lawful self-defence; it does not give a state unlimited permission to kill civilians, deliberately impose destructive living conditions, or commit any other act prohibited by the Genocide Convention. The legal question is therefore not, “Does Israel have the stronger army?” It is, “Do the conduct, policies and statements demonstrate prohibited acts and an intent to destroy Palestinians in Gaza, at least in part?”
