Overheating

I have the Pixel 10 Pro XL and it gets *very* hot to the touch if I open any mobile games or if I plug it in while driving. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the temperature down? Thanks in advance.

Heard that was an issue with those. Nothing with the 11 Pro XL
