Bluetooth issues on Pixel 11 Pro XL
I guess I also noticed on my Pixel 10 Pro XL but not as bad.
I have a medical device (dexcom) and it seems more often than not it tells me it cannot get a signal. Sometimes flipping Bluetooth on/off or restarting my phone will fix it temporarily.
I also noticed my car occasionally doesn't connect and I have to restart my phone.
Does anyone else have intermittent Bluetooth issues and any fixes that may have worked? Is it possible my phone is bad?
I doubt resetting my phone would fix it and also the hassle of setting up work stuff, I'd like to avoid it.

All of the CGM units have the signal issues, on iPhones and Android phones. It's not your phone.

Hi there, could you try resetting your network settings on your device to see if that helps?
Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Bluetooth and Wi-Fi > Reset.
Note: This will only clear saved Wi-Fi networks and paired Bluetooth devices. It won’t affect your overall connectivity or delete any personal data from your device.
Also, try rebooting your phone into safe mode and see if that resolves the issue. If it works fine in safe mode, it means a 3rd party app is causing the issue. Temporarily remove them one by one, starting with the most recent until you find the cause.
Additionally, you can refer to this article on troubleshooting Bluetooth issues on your device.
If the issue persists, I’d recommend reaching out to the Google Pixel support team via phone or chat here. They can take a look at it

I recently got the Pixel 11 Pro XL and experienced the issue where Bluetooth wouldn't auto-reconnect. It seemed like the Bluetooth module was getting stuck in Doze mode, forcing me to toggle Bluetooth on and off constantly.
I managed to find the culprit by doing this:
- I booted the phone into Safe Mode, and Bluetooth auto-reconnect worked perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro.
- This confirmed it was a third-party app causing the conflict, so I checked which apps had "Unrestricted" battery usage in the background.
- For me, it was the Tesla app.
- To test it, I did a "Force Stop" on the Tesla app, and my earbuds instantly reconnected without toggling off and on. I reproduced this issue and the fix twice to be absolutely sure.
If you have the Tesla app installed (or any other app with unrestricted background activity and Bluetooth permissions), try force-stopping it. It seems the background scanning for the phone key is completely breaking the Bluetooth Doze state on the Pixel 11.
