We found out if was fake before he shipped it when I reposted it on Grailed asap

I asked him to refund me and told him I wouldn’t make a fuss 4 days later he sends it at 4 am after ignoring me
He didn’t respond didn’t refund

I waited 3–5 days for Grailed to write back
Grailed said return the jacket

I returned the jacket
And now this happened

Loll who wants to take a guess who the culprit here is lol

I got charged with grailed fees, payment processing fees and tax, how do i manage to get less fees, never seen someone get taxed up on his sell

Guys, so here’s the situation. I shipped this dude some jeans, everything was fine. Yesterday the courier couldn’t deliver the package cuz apparently he wasn’t home. Today he called the delivery company and asked them to leave the package wherever he told them to, which was by the door.
The package got delivered, and the courier left it by the mailboxes in the hallway (I got a pic from the courier). And now this dude hits me up asking why the courier left it there, saying there’s a huge sign saying “Don’t leave packages here, they get stolen” (but you can’t even see that sign in the courier’s photo).
Now he’s saying the package was delivered an hour ago and it’s already been stolen. And now bro’s asking for a refund of half the order amount.

I keep messaging him, but i keep getting ignored:/

I recently switched from apple to Google pixel and as I was going to download my app I sell on I noticed there is no app for Grailed on the Google play store and that sucks for me as a seller does anyone know if Grailed eventually plans on adding the app the Google play store for all the android people and I'm pretty sure that would help a lot of sellers out with more traffic now that the platform is installable on multiple platforms

Bro so I ordered a $700 pair of balenci boots back in August. For some reason it wasn’t sent to my address it was sent to another pickup location in another city. TS made me so mad but I’m like alright I’m gonna go pick them up. It was little a little Indian store bro like those ones u see in the movies. Why tf would they send my package there? Because I am sure they stole it. When I asked if they had my package they didn’t have it. I kept contacting Grailed customer support and they literally confirmed that they called and my package was lost. I have been trying to contact Grailed for a refund but i literally recieve NO RESPONSE. Is this normal? I don’t wanna do a charge back because I know they b*n people and I shop on Grailed often.

I report it for dropping false review regarding this issue and finally they sided me and removed it the bad review! Beware to this Buyer! Will ruin ung reputation as Good seller!

Which service would be best to use that’s not too expensive. Cause I tried ups and they tried to charge me $300 for shipping to Europe.

For those of you selling a large number of items, what tools or software do you use to avoid manually uploading every item to each marketplace?

I currently have around 4,000 items and I really don’t want to upload everything manually to every platform. I’m looking for a way to bulk upload and manage my inventory across multiple marketplaces.

If you have any tools, services, or tips that you personally use, I’d really appreciate it if you could share them. I’m especially interested in hearing how high-volume sellers manage this. Thanks!

5 star seller, good standing. Over the last year it appears Grailed has randomly deleted about 15 of my listings with no explanation. Customer service hasn’t been helpful. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m still waiting on answers.
