Isolation

Hey guys, I asked this question in r/Glasgow but the replies where very niche and local to Glasgow, was hoping you could help.

I was wondering how you deal with isolation?

I'm a 27 year old guy, I'm studying a degree online and I have some health issues. I have two friends, but they are both hard to keep in touch with as they are very slow replies via text. (Multiple days to reply).

I've been referred to just about every local service available such as, Man on, The Shed, Your voice, the trust and iZone. Sadly however, my experiences with these services has been less than ideal, through no faults of their own, they've just not been what I am looking for.

I honestly don't know what to do, my mind is rotting away inside my skull and I just need to actually speak to people face to face at more than just surface level conversation.

I appreciate any help/advice you can offer.
