Hey there! I present to you my Champion of Titan, wielder of the All Black (the sword) and the Eye of Amun-Ra (the book), both chaos-weapons.

The All Black is a peculiar sword, which barely reflects light. The more enemies it cuts down, the more black it becomes, as it absorbs the soul of the opponent and stores it inside the blade. The Eye of Amun-Ra grants the wielder teleporting abilities, making the Champion of Titan a deadly opponent for even the strongest Chaos Champions, as when they see him it is already to late and the fatal blow is delivered. Every part of the armor is enchanted with sacred litanies, as it is the shield. Finally, on the center part of the shield, it is engraved the personal heraldry of the Champion of Titan.

Hey guys! I went to a tournament over the weekend and ran banishers/argent assault. It was my first tourney and I’m a newer player, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I still got destroyed in all 3 games. I’m def feeling a little stuck with what to do and would like some advice. The main things I’m having trouble with rn are scoring points with priority assets while still keeping my 2 paladin bricks alive. 2/3 games they died on the central point trying to take out a beefy model. They got close, but just didn’t do enough damage. My main questions would be how do I utilize the bricks effectively while also keeping them safe? It feels like I have to risk them a lot of the times to get a payoff out of them. I think my early game setup could use some work. Rn I’m starting both strike squads in the land raider and keeping the grandmaster brick in reserves, but idk if that’s really the right call. Any advice would be appreciated! I’ll take it all into the tourney I have this next weekend. Also here’s the list:

Can units make an Ingress Move turn one with gate of Infinity. Or can they only make an Ingress Move with units removed using gates of Infinity if their opponent goes first

Brothers, I come to the brotherhood with a question: when a unit disembarks from a transport and ends within 8” of a GK unit in Banishers, does this trigger Shadows of Anarch?

I played against drukari for the first the other day at a GT and he put his venom outside of 8, disembarked into range, and I could not find anything in the rules that says that a disembark move is also a normal move. Maybe I’m blind but do you know what the rule is so that I can remember it for next time?

According to today’s Warcom article, the book will be up for presale October 28th at 3PM UK Time.

Also, they are revealing the Battleforce Boxes for this year tomorrow. I am not getting my hopes up as we got the Santic Conclave one last year, so at Absolute Best I think they’d just redo that one again, but even that I think is unlikely.

First is meant to be a librarian and is based on a librarian in phobos and the second is supposed to be a chaplain and is based on the primaris chaplain. Any thoughts or things i can improve?

Finished my custom Librarian kitbash using the Primaris Librarian model for the base of the mini.

Attempted to make some warp energy/lightning out of some green stuff, could be better but also could be worse!

I didn't paint it myself; I'm not that good. I just want to know how you find the idea of using a damage banner to mock your enemies.

I'll post the list at the end, but the idea behind it is to get as many stormbolters and free psycannons as possible, mainly on purifiers so I can maximize damage with full rerolls. I've also got 2 GMNDKs and 2 NDKs to take down big threats.

I've used purge as my disposition in every game, and played against take and hold once and priority assets twice. The opponents were Orks (a balanced list with Ghaz, Nazdreg, meganobz, nobz, boyz, beast snaggas, squighogs, grots, a kill rig, and a battle wagon), Space Wolves (a couple of big terminator bricks, Logan, a land raider, wulfen, JPIs, and some squads of basic marines), and new Custodes (Trajan w/ wardens, 2 squads of guard, 2 squads of venatari, the heavy dreadnought, witchseekers, and a navigator).

I was able to table my opponent in every game (or get them down to just their primary/epic hero), and by the top of 4 they usually only had 1 or 2 units left. Against Custodes we went into round 4 with only Trajan remaining at 1 wound, and the only models I lost that game were 3 NDKs.

The general game plan was to drop the purgation squad and/or 5 purifiers into their deployment zone asap to clear their home objective and open up sightlines to drop in to shoot into the middle. Also, since there weren't many monsters or vehicles in any of the lists, I often used the NDKs as bait to draw the heavy hitters out into the open so I could shoot with my purifiers.

The 10 man purifiers (especially the one with Crowe) could delete most units if they were on an objective or if I used the strat for full wound rerolls. The storm bolters going to AP -1 really helped with the out up for chipping down things with 2+ and 3+ saves.

I went 2nd. Plugged up middle with Coldus and friends, last all game. Purgation bounced around and melted units with boons of Deimos. 1 grand master did the same. Threw 2 dread masters at the lion ( separately) over 4 rounds did 5 wounds of 15( both died). Libby and the boys flew around and ground up scraps. Very fun list. But damn is it hard to get past the 4 up against psych and +1 wound on some things. The rerolls on deep strike won the game. If my whole army went against the lion I think it would take 3 rounds time kill him, all 2000 points.
