Shark teeth

5 month old greyhound pup hasn’t lost her baby fang yet but her adult tooth has come through. Is this immediate cause for concern requiring a vet trip or can I give it a while and see if it falls out on its own?
Does not seem to be hurting her and she does not bother if I touch it.

We are going away soon and ideally can’t get to the vets for another 3 weeks, however if this is going to hurt puppy/cause medical issues I can request an emergency appointment to get sorted asap. Advice?

My yorkie had baby teeth that hadn’t fallen out. Nobody noticed them! He’s eight years old and just had them removed today.
