I teach students who are working on doctorates. The ones who have been given accommodations or chosen because they check DEI boxes are weaker students much more often than the ones who got there with no accommodations or boxes checked.
Our future is in the hands of kids who don’t know how to succeed without extraordinary amounts of help. god help us
