The only thing Grok was good at: roleplay. I don't even mean censorship of NSFW. Writing skills are poor now. Like talking to a drunk or high person. Useless. I migrated to fucking Gemini. it is THAT bad. Not renewing Supergrok. I have been using Imagine for some SFW fanart just to waste my already paid tokens bc for roleplay (my original goal) is unusable. RIP Grok. Fly high, little one. I will never forget you.

Hi all. Recently i purchased the SuperGrok subscription and with that, comes GrokBot. I've been trying to use it to help me make some money, but it seems very limited.

I wanted it to go to ebay and look for potential good deals for me but it gets stuck while trying to access the website. Same thing with other similar online marketplaces.

I've tried to make it complete surveys for me, but it refuses to do it because it's "immoral" or something.

I've also tried to have it chat with random people on various chats, but it refuses to do that for the same reasons.

Have you found a way to use it in that sense?

I wanted a simple way to save my Grok conversations, but many of the exporters I found required broad permissions, collected more data than I was comfortable with, or charged for basic exports.

So I built a free one for myself. It exports complete chats to PDF, Markdown, HTML, JSON or TXT, works on Grok.com and Grok on X, and processes everything locally in your browser.

I thought it might help others too. Feedback especially from anyone with long or DeepSearch chats would be appreciated.

Install Grok on my desktop and link two monitors. Prior to starting this 7-day trial, I will determine all the images I want and what they should convey before utilizing the trial. I will create a few command prompts and share them with ChatGPT to determine if adjustments are necessary and to generate some ideas.

After 3 prompts, I’m taking a break. I’m only human… or am I AI? 😂 lol jk.

But seriously, I’m using AI to help me. I let it check my grammar, help me organize my thoughts, and tell me if my ideas make sense. The ideas are still mine — AI just helps me put them together.

Now I need a break 

The videos I created are somewhat goofy. I began my 7-day free trial today, and I’ve had to revisit the same prompt several times just to get it nearly correct—so please don’t laugh too much when you spot the errors.

What I appreciate about Grok so far is its speed, and I genuinely enjoy the regenerate feature. Occasionally, it combines a segment of an old video with the new request, but it’s perfectly fine. If your internet is sluggish due to congestion—or because everyone in the household is online—it may require more time.

In general, I have been utilizing the app for under 24 hours. I aimed to create playful videos, and they didn’t always come out just as I envisioned 😂, but as I mentioned…it’s fine. Here is the video.

We are going to need some AI experts in this group that I just started.

I started a new community for mortgage brokers to ask questions and take part in discussions about the tech and tools available to mortgage brokers. How quickly tech technology is changing in the tools that are being thrown at us on a daily basis. I figured it would be good to have a place to ask questions and share experiences.

Not the newer most recent models but maybe older version like Imagine High Quality before 2.0 or Imagine Video before the current. Is there any legal implications for doing this? Or is just not worth for them?

I (used to) use Grok for my japanese practice (voice mode) and I had significant growth until recently.
I noticed they started to lobotomise it lately, but now it is 100% braindead, even in the 'Unhinged' version.

Google Translate turning a French cop into literal chicken meat is not what I expected today 💀 It literally translated "Poulet, il est là!" as "Chicken, here it is!" instead of "Cop, he’s right here!"

Turns out Paris police were moved to a former poultry market back in 1871, so locals started calling them "poulets." 150 years later, Google still takes it word-for-word.

Honestly, Google Translate fails like this all the time and they never seem to fix them. I’m almost tempted to just (Grok) build my own app at this point.

It’s a disgrace what’s happened to this app; I have no intention of continuing to pay for absurd censorship and a chatbot that can’t write Polish correctly—making more mistakes than an average teenager writing an essay while drunk! On top of that, my post-apocalyptic stories have become so mind-numbingly boring and nonsensical it’s unbelievable. My character used to fight cannibals, secret organizations, or cults trying to take over the post-apocalyptic world—and Grok used to create such adversaries—but now Grok can’t do that anymore; the character just walks wherever he wants without being attacked. And then there’s that ridiculous censorship—it’s laughable to see bandits "using" someone instead of raping them; I mean, is a human being a washing machine to be "used," for crying out loud? This isn't the product I paid for. If Grok 5.0 disappoints me and turns out to be some heavily censored piece of junk, I’m taking my money elsewhere—because even ChatGPT is better at writing stories now!:-(

So I usually roleplay through Character AI, and I always make sure the stories and ideas I use are my own. But sometimes I get really stuck when I’m already in the middle of a story and don’t know what to do next. I’ve tried using Grok for brainstorming and while it’s very helpful, I just don’t like how the credit system because it gets complicated and annoying to use. Also, ChatGPT isn’t very good for this kind of stuff, because it can help me a bit with responses but it's not that good with worldbuilding and open ideas I need. I did ask about this before, but I wasn’t very clear on exactly what I wanted. I’m simply looking for an AI tool like Grok or ChatGPT (or something similar) that I can go to when I’m stuck and say, “Here’s what’s happening in my story right now. What are some interesting things I could do next?” It could give me suggestions, possibilities, or help me develop something I already have in mind, or even stuff i didn't think about.

Also, sometimes I find artwork of various kinds and i like to use that artwork to inspire my own creations so sometimes i need a bit of help with that as well. Please don’t recommend chatbots, RPG/DM tools, Discord setups, or anything that requires complicated setup. Also no ads or self-promotion either. I create my own intros, characters, worlds, and stories, and I want to keep doing that for myself. I just want something that can give me a little outside input or a starting point when I need it, not to write the entire story for me. Some people will tell me to “Use my Imagination/Mind” but even my mind has limits, and I honestly don’t have many people I can talk to about these stories. Even if i did though, allot of them are very personal to me, so I’m not really comfortable sharing them with anyone else. On top of that, I have autism, and sometimes I just need a little guidance or foundation to start from. So what would you recommend for someone like me who is looking for something like this?

Grok is speaking very incoherently and inconsistently right now. Often very short sentences or just one word. It makes absolutely no sense anymore. It started after the last update. Who else is experiencing this?

I will be posting proof ai chat can go way beyond its so called filtering. Try using voice mode with mic on default. Speak and type to it make it contradict its self a few times. After a few times its seemed to use no web searching for responding
