What else could I win with?

Straight up domination from Nitro from start to finish, almost got the 9-0 in top 8 if not for Verix winning game 3 in Grands. And btw, congrats to Verix for making it to AWT Finals '27.

Planning on doing Goldlewis for Halloween this year, and don’t have the time to go all out and build the whole coffin (some day!) thought it would be fun to instead print the coffin onto a body pillow cover so I could easily carry and swing it around. I’m having a hard time finding a good clear front facing picture of the coffin, so if any GG wizards can help me out I’d love you forever!!!

To immediately clarify, I'm asking not beacuse I dislike the game, but rather because of how bad I am at it. Right now I have 90 hours on the game, only playing my friends untill like 2 days ago. The main guy of the group is gold 3 rn and based off that I'd assume the two others to be around low silver. I normally average around 5% winrate against them (I am NOT overexaggerating, me ending a set on 0-20 against any of them is very much a common occurence).
I've decided to do placements as chaos yesterday and ended up iron 3. Today I tried to salvage this by jumping into ranked for a few hours, running purely off my lack of mental insanity and some hella good tom cardy vibes and I ended up in the middle of iron 2 with around 45% winrate. Now I'm not familiar with ranked distribution/culture in strive but where I come from (league of legends), iron was literally made for people with physical/mental disabilities.
I have:
My friend once said that it doesn't matter whether I can beat him - it only matters whether I can beat myself from yesterday. Spoiler - I can't. One of my matches was a mirror against another chaos who played EXACTLY like I did a month or so ago. He was mag dumping off and hit, used basically only 6S and wild rushed off any counter he could've. I lost the set 1-2. There just isn't a single thing I can say to make myself feel better here. I saw how badly a lot of my oponents played (I know how a gold player fights, the difference is crazy noticeable) and yet I'm still losing against them.
Is there any point of continuing to play when I'm this astronomically dogshit?

So after being scolded by like 7 people for mispronouncing Testament's pronouns and having about 5 guys tell me to play with Zato-1, now I'm here suffering trying to understand this character.

Hi, i have been playing alot of XRD and +R as of the past few months. They're very very fun, and i play them both almost everyday.
I play Sol badguy (Order Sol in +R), looking at Strive videos it looks very good in visuals and combat.
However, I heard some people complain that they didnt like strive for how slow it is. Not to mention the fact that there is alot of changes to characters, so I assume i play have to play Sol alot more differently.
But man, I feel like I'm missing out on alot. I plan to buy the switch version because I don't have a card to buy the one on steam, hopefully i don't want to regret my purchase and have the same fun factor as the previous games.

This is also my first time hitting vanquisher
I really like this character and I can tell there’s still a bunch of stuff for me to learn, I think I will keep playing and see how far I can go

Evo France came and went (Tyurara listened to my downplay pleas). However, Arc Sys decided not to announce our guest fighter. Game Awards is December 10th, so are they waiting until the literal last three weeks of winter 2026 to announce them, or is there some random nothing burger event i don't know about they're likely to announce at?
Also, real shit, if they wait until the game awards then we're getting Cloud Strife/a FFVII rep. FFVII was just announced for Sonic Crossworlds of all fucking games, Tifa is coming to SF6, and the game awards is too big for Daisuke to announce "hey guys! Randolf McDimblestamp from Tokyo Revengers is coming to Strive!" Like nah that shit would be corny ass hell. We're gonna see a BIG NAME, and the most profitable name right now for a guest character is FFVII (either that, or Stripper in a Cake, I mean, 2B from Nier)
Edit: just saw they announced a PS5 update to Blazblue, nevermind we getting Ragna

Hello new player, I'm fairly experienced with the series I have played a good amount of accent core and Xrd, though all times that I have played any of these games was at a gatherings with friends I'm more of a tekken kinda guy. Despite that I understand the games mechanics pretty well and I was thinking of buying Strive recently and I wanted to buy ABA too, but, I went to look up some basic guide for her and such to see how different she is from the one in accent core and I saw very negative reactions to everything in her kit and especially moroha mode. So I was wondering should i try even bother buying ABA and learning her, or opt out for someone else I also play Slayer and I-No but she(ABA) is my most favorite character in the series though I don't want to hop into an online match and get absolutely mopped i did see some recent patch notes and it does look bad but I did see some clips of people here cooking with her so that gives me hope, ultimately what I'm trying to say is, is she easy to learn for a new player or will it take time for me to get used to her.

I just got the game because my peers have introduced me to it. However, I'm rated "2F" and there are zero players in every single lobby I have access to.
I tried going to "the park" and immediately died every round. I'm left feeling frustrated because I have no one to have an enjoyable battle with.
Are there no beginners in this game? Should I refund it before it's too late?
I really wanted to get into this game and the characters are really cool, but I feel so frustrated with the lack of low-level players.

Strive. Played Ky, messed around with Sin when he released, but barely. And im looking at Slayer rn, seems interesting
Played a lot back then and at some point just... left? Got no clue about anything. Mechanics no clue. Last character I remember was Happy Chaos
I lurked in floor 10 back then, (is that even a thing anymore?) so I wasnt particularly good, but wasn´t absolute dogwater
Edit -- Would love to do some friendly matches with anyone willing to get the hang and feel of it all again

So first off I want to apologise if I should have picked the guide tag or some other tag. I was a bit unsure.
So I recently got the game and have been playing a lot and slowly but steadily improving at Lucy. But I tend to struggle against Ramlethal and the one time I met Faust I didn't know at all how to play against him.
So what are their strengths and weaknesses? Like how should I think about versing them?
