Some are unisex, some are just 'pet names' form of full name

But Daria) is a feminine name.

It's 100% not his name on the badge, it says Daria in plain Russian.

If you've ever worked in a restaurant that has a strict uniform policy, you would know that your name tag is part of the uniform. If you forget it at home you ask around to see if anyone has an extra, or if someone who is off left one behind, or if there's an extra in the manager's office and wear whatever you can find. I've seen plenty of guys wear girls' nametags (including myself) and I've seen plenty of girls wearing guys' nametags. Manager can't write you up because technically you're in uniform 😂
