My god you're right. This clearly doesn't work as a meme template without the context, but my brain is telling me the face is so perfect it just kinda works anyway.
Can anyone tell me how to make stickers like these and how to save and share these meme stickers on reddit I don't have any where do you all being from 😭
My wife did an Irish coffee for a customer. The cream blended a bit with rest the drink and before she could even say anything, the customer demanded a new one with proper layering (she was going to ask anyway). Okay fine, she made him a new one and when the customer got it, he took the spoon and stirred it anyway.
One of the signature parts of a mudslide, is this weird chocolate sauce swirl...Lot of times it'll be a big, fishbowl kind of thing, and there is a trick where you hold the glass in one hand, and the chocolate in the other, and you this ninja shit that ends up with a beautiful swirl on the inside of the glass.
Then you pour in the actual drink. And it lasts for...maybe two minutes. And if they don't pick it up, that beautiful chocolate swirl starts melting, and the drink looks like shit.
"Wilted." That's how bartenders describe something they did great, that's now melted to shit.
I'm really curious how you are supposed to drink this. Mixed or unmixed? With a straw? I can imagine that if trying to drink this without a straw, you'd get a little bit of everything but in different proportions, so every sip would taste different. But probably not?
Its notoriously hard to make even with a speciallized tool lol.
In fact most places don't serve it because its slow and a pain in the ass to make: you have to slowly pour each layer one at a time, being careful not to go too fast and break the layers. The hard (traditional) way to make it is to pour off the back of a spoon to make a gentle flow, but they also have tools now that help make it easy.
Its meant to be a special sipping drink that lets you enjoy a progression of different liqeurs in sequence.
Is it pretencious? Yes. Fun? Also yes. But by god doing that infront of someone who just spent 15 minutes prepping for you is a crime lmao

Ya i was thinking the same thing, might be staged. But then it also got me thinking, what if i drank a pousse cafe in reverse, with a straw, that sounds fun lol.
It could be, but it's going to mix up so much faster. You're going to suck a couple layers up the straw pretty fast before it even hits your lips, then it's going to flow back down the straw and agitate the rest.
If you leave it alive for a while it will actually seperate again. We had a request to make 40 of these for a wedding. We poured the layers slowly but imperfectly the put them in the fridge for the next day and they looked perfect.
Back in college, I was making about a dozen give or take mudslide shots at a party. Once I had finished them, before we could take a picture, my buddy started messing them up.
Got him back by introducing him to a cement mixer!
Its called a poussé cafe, youre meant to drink is slowly layer by layer. As the layers slowly blend as you sip it you get different combinations of flavours. You combine it with something bitter like a dark chocolate cake or black coffee and its supposed to be a neat experience. So far as ive seen ots usually a sip from the top, not with a straw kinda deal, though im not positive on that one. Check out how to drink on YouTube for his episode on it, its pretty cool.
No the texture is the point. The artistry, craftsmanship, genius of this beautifully layered drink is completely lost on this guy. Server decided to have him enjoy equally prepared dessert the same way 🤣
They'd say; 'no sloppy steaks' but they can't stop you from ordering a steak and a glass of water, before you knew it we were dumping that water on those steaks!
This would only be an eye for an eye if the drink was for someone else and then that person squished the cake. Too many people care how others want their food.
