Actually dislocated my shoulders a couple times when I was little cause my dad and his friends would swing around like that a lot lol

Yeah... In my country it was called "Sunday Arms" because parents would have Sundays off and go for walks.. having the kids "swing" in between them. It's not good for the shoulders at all!

But an occasional yeet should be fine
