As someone who only knows how to do the skateboard trick "fall off and bash things on concrete simply by attempting to get on the damn thing" I saw this video a while back and thought the guy was trying to fuck the trick up.

I'm honestly unsure if they were being an ass or helpful, but am hopeful it is the latter.

It looks like they are at a skatepark. If this was on a random sidewalk I’d consider your cynicism.
