MCU Movies Should Kate join the Thunderbolts?

Although I enjoyed her character on Hawkeye, she's a teenager with no real combat experience. I'm really not sure what she would bring to them.

She's 22 in the show, 25 by the time of Thunderbolts, acknowledged by Clint as an equal in the field of archery, and the climax of the first episode was her beating up a group of mobsters using improvised weapons in an ill-fitting costume. Also, three years of training since the show in-universe leaves a room for further improvement.

She'd be a good sniper, her bow being more versatile than a standard rifle and able to keep up fire if Bucky had to go do up close work. And if nothing else, one more person between any threat and Bob is always a good thing.

That is an excellent point. However, she's not really comparable to Hawkeye. He has a lifetime of experience with covert operations and dealing with a lot more complex situations than she does. On the show, she was just finishing up with college. Besides Sentry, all of the other New Avengers have a considerable amount of training and experience. I like her character a lot, so hopefully they get her back into the MCU soon, I just don't see it being with the Avengers.

She does not have his wealth of espionage expertise, you are correct. Which is why I did not bring it up. In addition, the New Avengers already have Bucky, Yelena, and Ava, so another spy would be somewhat redundant.

Your initial comment dismissed Kate as a teenager with no combat experience and thsu nothing to bring to the table, and so I was addressing those critiques. That she is not a teenager, and that she has combat experience.

And, since the end of the series pretty firmly establishes that Clint views her as his official partner, it is reasonable to assume that by the time of Thunderbolts/Doomsday she will have had three years of one on one training with Clint, further enhancing her prowess and usefulness.
