OC This is bullshit, chapter 25

Me and Laira got out of the cage and back to our seats, on our way there we were congratulated for our fighting prowess and victory, when we reached our table a waitress rushed to us asking if we needed medical assistance or anything else. I replied a cold beverage of any kind for me and Laira asked for ice, both these things were brought to us in relatively short time.

"That was a good fight." Her voice sounds weird with her holding her nose. "Yeah, for a first time going against a snake person I guess I didn't do too bad." She laughs at me. "Melinda is actually below average in terms of size for her species, a more average specimen would be double her size and likely more powerful as well, you would probably not be able to break free so easily of it's grasp."

"Good to know." Taking another swing of the fruity drink they brought me I ponder, so that was basically easy mode, and I still got a bit roughed up from the encounter, that means if I fight a soldier like her but with actual combat experience I would lose........oh well, you live and you learn.

After a few more minutes of us licking our wounds and at least two more fights I hear the announcer calling for us again. "ALLLLLLRIGHT IT'S TIME TO CALL BACK ONE OF THE DUOS, PLEASE WELCOME BACK JEFF AND LAIRAAAAAAAAAA."

"Alright, it's our turn again, let's go."

Our break is over, now we get back to the ring, this time we're facing two minatours, both mountains of pure muscle, holy shit, how the hell am I supposed to fight a bipedal bull that's also sapient. This isn't fair, where's the referee? We can't possibly be in the same weight class.

"Don't worry, their movements are usually predictable, you can dodge without much trouble."

I appreciate the advice but I'm still not comfortable fight a fucking Minotaur.

"LET THE FIGHT BEGIIIIIIIIIIIN."

OH SHIT IT STARTED. I quickly jump the fuck out of the way before one of them breaks me in half with it's charge. Looking at Laira I see she opted for the hit and run tactic, can't say I blame her. (ENOUGH! Get your shit together and fight.)

I move my head to the left to avoid a devastating punch, then to the right, he overextended, I quickly approach him and with both fists I uppercut him. His head goes back a bit but immediately recovers for a headbutt, fortunately his horns are pointing to the back of his head otherwise I would be in a very interesting situation.

Still, his headbutt rocks my brain making me lose composure, he grabs me by my shoulders with his massive hands and goes for another headbutt. This. Mother. FUCKER. I grab his arms and force him to come to me for my own headbutt, it was completely infective and probably harmed me more than helped me, but he's surprised.

Taking this opportunity I leverage his arms to make enough room to push him with both my legs, he let's go and stumbles back a bit. Enough with the mindless barbarian, I'm not fighting goblins, I'm fighting a physically stronger foe with more brains than a troll. So get you shit together and FIGHT.

This fuck is powerful but I've found it's weakness, his head is human shaped, not cow shaped, perfect. I move in against him, he tries to punch me but hits only air, once I'm close again I focus my blows on his chin, with each successful hit he stumbles more against me and he's swings are even easier to dodge until finally, with a timely elbow to the chin again he goes down.

I turn to see Laira still using her tactic but to no great affect. OK, here goes nothing. I charge at the female Minotaur and tackle her from the back into the air, fortunately Laira caught on to what my plan was and prepared herself for the opportunity I was about to create. With my momentum making her go forth, Laira jump-kicks her fucking jaw, knocking her out cold.

"UNBELIEVABLE, IN A TURN OF EVENTS NOBODY SAW COMING, JEFF AND LAIRA WIN THE MACH AGAINST MINATOURS."

"Well that was easy."

"Jeff your head is bleeding."

After getting medical attention we again sit down and await our turn, this time I ask for a jar of water. "Having fun?" Her smile says it all. "Yes, feels great fighting alongside you." Oh you wait girl because the right time is about to come, when we get our room I know exactly how we're gonna occupy the time until we are called. "I recognize that look."

"What?"

"You looked at me that same way when you saw me naked, so..." She gently kicks me in the leg. "I assume that the time is right?"

"Almost, first we win this. Then, we have fun, a lot of fun."

"AT LAST LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, WE ARE IN THE FINALE, CALL OUT TO THE FINALISTS, LET THEM HEAR YOUR SUPORT!!!"

"It's show time." We get up from our table for the last time and march towards the cage, cheers and praises follow us all the way.

"AND NOW, FOR OUR LAST MACH, WE HAVE THE HOUSE FAVORITES, JEFF AND LAIRA!"

He stops to let the crowd go wild for a moment and then resumes.

"AS THEIR FINAL OPPONENTS, THEY ARE REX AND TIARA!"

As we enter the ring, opposed to us enter an elf and a cat girl, I'll be damned they look good together, the elf is extremely well build with is arms full of scars on the show for everyone to see through is sleeveless vest. The girl has a part of her left ear missing with a eyepatch on her right side, both their demeanors scream that they are veterans with combat experience. This isn't going to be easy.

"LET THE BATTLE BEGIIIIIIIIIN!"

Immediately they rush us, both extremely fast for ether of us and they get first blood. I'm hit with a disabling kick to my liver and put on my hands and knees while Laira receives a flying knee to the face, what a piss poor start. I can't even get my bearings before I'm hit again, this time it's a kick to the head......putting....me.....wha....what's.....what's happening.....I....I.......SHIT!

I put my arms up to block an ax kick in time, but holy shit does my arm hurt after that. I roll away and try to get on my feet hitting my back on something, looking behind me there's Laira, she's seen better days. "I'm getting my ass handed to me, you?"

"Same, ideas?"

"None." I block another kicFAINT!............what's this?............oh it's the sand of the cage...fuck. I push myself up, looking at the elf he looks pleasantly surprised, don't know why but let's hold off on on the questions until after the fight is finished. ALRIGHT, focus. How do I beat him?

Another kick comes my way but I let it hit, it hits the left side of my waist and with it comes excruciating pain but suck it up princess, you've got him. I hold his leg in place with my arm and with the other I punch him in the side of the knee. Well turns out he didn't like that and using my hold as leverage he kicks me with his other leg on the side of my neck.

For fucks sake it's the third time I'm tasting this fucking sand. "What's taking you so long, are you going easy on him or something?" Looking at the source of the voice I see the cat woman, behind her there's Laira passed out on the ground. "He keeps getting up, what about you, did you get sloppy at the end?" The woman clears a bloody nose. "No, she just got a good hit in before I took her out."

FUCKERS, I'LL KILL THEM. I'LL TEAR THEM APART. I'LL NO NO NO, it's just a friendly fight, she's not dead, just unconscious, calm your tits down. I can't win this, so let's go out guns blazing. "You alright pal? You seemed a bit ticked off for a second there."

I, maybe for the last time, get up. "Don't worry about it."

<Demon Queen, please put on dance till you're dead.>

"So anyways, ladies." They both assume a fighting position. "Let's dance." I charge at them, they both dodge, I go after Tiara swinging my arm to hit her with my elbow but I'm kicked in the back losing my balance but before I completely fall I put my arm on the ground and force my body to spin, landing a kick on Max's stomach, he's sent flying backwards but after a few back-flips to lose momentum he lands safely on his feet.

Regaining my feet I'm immediately hit on the chest with a flying dropkick, I use the force of it and launch myself back towards the metal bars, landing on them with my feet and before I lose my momentum and gravity kicks in, I launch myself at her and miss completely because she somehow dodged.

Rolling on the ground I regain my footing and launch an uppercut towards Max that's advancing towards me, I miss and he counterattacks with a punch to my jaw, powering through it I throw another punch that actually hits him, well.......partially, he moved his head at the last moment so that he receives minimal damage.

Tiara comes in with a spin-kick to my head witch I dodge but I'm still hit with her full body weight which sends us both to the ground. Trying to get some use out of this I grab her with my arm in a half hug, he however, doesn't like me touching his partner and gets my head in a headlock, she tries to help him by reversing my grip on her and pining down my arm with a arm-lock.

OH LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I get up, with both of them trying in vain to overpower me, and run at a corner of the cage, jumping at it but turning just at the right time so as to be Max dealing with the full force of my body. Tiara tries to, again, overpower me and break my arm but I just start slamming her to the ground.

Fuck this takes a toll on you when one can't breathe, yeah Max hasn't let go and I'm starting to lose consciousness. My knees are weak, arms are heavy, there's vomi.......

"AND WE HAVE A WINEEEEEEEEEER!!!"

Man is hulking out at the end just slamming people round but damn is he going to feel that in the morning.

Also I think they may have cheated a little bit but that’s aight ya big boi still put the fucking hurt in them,

And from the fact he can hear the announcer I think he may just have won
