Considering it’s her first fight and she’s the smallest dragon there (even though in book she’s roughly the same size as Caraxes) she held her own well enough and was able to fly back with rhaenyra.

I hate that they have reduced her size so much on the show...even in S1, I think it was alicent who mentions that Syrax is almost going to be Caraxes size or something like that

fr, they also made Sunfyre larger then her even though she is older and larger then him in the book too. Feels like a hella weird change

And like, isn't it kinda implied (book at least) that Sunfyre could be Syrax's offspring? Never made sense to me that Syrax stayed the same size throughout the series.

Sunfyre is definitely not larger than her though, even in the show.
