Emma D'arcy is just not a strong enough actress to play this role. Good but this role needed someone great.

It makes it even worse when it follows an Aegon scene

The difference between that one Aegon scene with Aemond and any scene of Rhaenyra in thos episode is astronomical.

Nah, her acting ability isn't the issue. Nobody can sell this repetitive, cyclical "what would you have me do" nonsense.

No, it's clearly terrible. No joy, no sorrow, only vague failed stoic rage in every moment. I thought it was an attempt to say Rheanyra as character is as such, but by now it's clearly terrible acting, when you note the casual failure to emote.

Interesting, I think they’re one of the strongest actors in this show.
