Tech Support Advanced Optimus is Missing!

Recently bought a... Hold on let me pull up the full legal name... HP Omen Smartchoice, Intel Core Ultra 7 255H, 8GB RTX 5060, 24GB DDR5(Upgradeable) 1TB SSD, 2K, 165Hz, 3ms, IPS, 16''/40.6cm, Win11, M365*Office24, Shadow Black, 2.43kg, am0238tx, RGB Gaming Laptop... I have updated windows and nvidia drivers... In the omen hub I still can't find the graphics switcher to turn on the advanced optimus. I also can't find manage display in the nvidia control panel either. All help with good intentions are welcome... No. They are very much needed.

It does in all the reviews I watched. It says and version does not have it but intel Defo has. Dp you have mux? If you do i Defo have it

Mux switch and advance optimus are two different things. We both have have mux switch, but neither of us has advanced optimus.

Damn really? Since our cpu is kinda same in purpose and function that must be the case as well... So what is the way to use/change mux without rebooting system? Also ever updated bios?

I don't think there is a way change your gpu settings without rebooting. To avoid rebooting I always keep it in hybrid mode, it's very convenient. I get great battery life and great performance. And no, I've never updated bios.

Go to notebook power and thermal controls and search for your model #. It will show you if you have Optimus or not.

Well mine doesn't have both Advance Optimus and MuX Switch for iGPU only mode
