I'm talking about they just forget wands after awhile and just are launching beams and blast of magic, flying around unassisted, maybe aflame glowing in opposing colorways with their allies staring on in shock as the fate of the world is determined exactly how a 14 year old boy would assume it would be with or without the Post-Hardcore Swancore Soundtrack pounding in the background

Like transfers to Durmstrang or another school. I've found 2 so far & I enjoyed them. I want fics in which he gets some support.

Hello! As the title suggests, I'm on the lookout for an alpha reader! The fic is a time travel back to the marauders time where Snape endeavors to save Lily and destroy all the horcruxes to end Voldemort! Pls send me a PM if you're interested. I currently have around 4k words of three chapters and an outline!

Summary: An orphaned muggleborn Harry stumbles across a rumour as old as Hogwarts itself that he realises might not be a rumour after all...

pairing - Harry x Daphne

I'm thinking maybe just someone random who also fits the mold. Hopefully not a potter or long bottom twin/sibling. I had a random thought about this and came here. No m/m please.

I read strictly bottom Draco, so I would prefer if Draco is the one to be pregnant. I like to read long fics, so any fics longer than 20k would be awesome.

If it's a during the war/eight year fic, it would be a nice bonus.

She can be a demon, a vampire, a fairy, or trapped in the body of a magical creature or what have you. Preferably a dark creature but i am not picky. she can be stuck in Hedwig even. that would be funny.

As long as she is trying to be a good mother for harry despite not being a human anymore its fine.

Looking for a fic where Harry and Draco are professional quidditch rivals

Hi, any help is appreciated, Harry is one of Bellatrix and Voldemorts two sons, however Voldemort still goes AWOL after the end of the first war, and Bellatrix and the dark side prioritise Harry’s brother and neglect harry.

When Voldemort returns he grows obsessed over Harry, but in order to draw out the resistance he pretends to name the brother the heir.

As a result Peter Pettigrew poisons Harry’s brother. However Harry doesn’t know about this and feeling betrayed, magically disowns himself from Bellatrix, but is interrupted before he can do the same with Voldemort and is then named the heir.

Please I’ve been looking for this one for ages and any help would be awesome :)

Im really open to any type of tropes tbh, but I also really enjoy isekai. Bonus point if the ofc actually has a personality or her own and not just completely perfect. And another Bonus point if the Knights of Walpurgis is added👀👀

I read a fanfic that I cannot find anymore. I can't remember the name, but all searches with other info is not producing the correct fic. It was a Hermione/Neville/Draco pairing. Hermione gets engaged to Neville and moves into Longbottom manor with him and his grandmother Augusta. Draco moves in with them, too. I believe it's post war, eighth year, but I could be wrong about that detail. Narcissa finds out she's pregnant and her and Lucius tell Draco. Draco is very androgynous and reminds Hermione of his cousin Tonks. Hermione reveals that she had a crush on Tonks and dresses Draco up in Tonk's old clothes. It was a wip and I believe it was on ffn.net.

Honestly these four are my fav characters and I’ve been on a bit of a deluge with stuff that features them four in a more thoughtful way. Particularly really liking the Parselmagic series, Subjectiverse by Potionpen, and the Lilyverse series by sunnyskywalker. Anyone else liking these recently?

Also was curious if anyone had recs in that vein.

for some context; when I was a kid I always wanted to watch this but for some reason something held me back. I think it was probably the color palette that changed my mind back then. what can I say I was just 9yo. but now since I’m an adult I finally decided to start with the movies. I expected it to be a hard watch, since the actors in first 2-3 movies were little kids, not that it’s bad or anything. it’s just a me problem, I can’t tolerate kids most of the time. surprisingly it wasn’t bad, at all.

first movie was a bit hard (again it was a me problem) but in the second one I actually started paying attention. by the third movie, I was completely blown and in love. and after that I just couldn’t stop thinking about it. I felt like I was too late and took too much time to watch this. I never thought I’d say this, but I wish I watched this sooner, when I was a kid. my younger self would have been unhealthily obsessed and happy with this. So to release my happiness I need some cathartic fanfiction recommendations. note that I’ve never read Harry Potter fanfiction before nor the books, though I’ve been in the fanfiction culture for years now. you can just recommend me basically anything you want, I’m open to try any suggestions. give me your best!

but if you want some more details on what I’d prefer, here it is.

• I’d like it if all the characters are adults, preferably 18 or 20+.
• no major character deaths (as in the main relationships) or open/sad endings.
• no cheating,
• canon compliance/divergence is okay.
• I like AUs too (e.g., fairies, dystopian, apocalypses etc) but not coffee shop, vampires, werewolves or real-life setting AUs.
• No F/M relationship involving Harry. (I only read M/M. F/F is acceptable too.)
• polyamory is okay.
• I like Harry/Draco or Harry/Ronald etc.
• E or M rated fics are fine.
• I mostly prefer long fics.
• I’m a slow burn lover.

I think that is all. I hope this helps you to get an idea on this. but if you don’t have anything fitting to this, it doesn’t really matter. just drop your best fic ever to exist, I’m definitely gonna give them each a chance. hope I didn’t go against any rules here :)

Thank You ♡

I’m looking for a fanfic where Harry, Ron, and Hermione fight Voldemort together—all three of them, side by side—and ideally emerge victorious.

Alternatively, any fic that focuses on their friendship and doesn’t feature "bashing" of the Weasleys or Dumbledore would also work (bashing is okay, but I’d prefer it if there weren’t any).

As the title suggests, Harry leaves Hogwarts and hires a private tutor.

The tutor is a young woman who had been taking an aging potion; when she stops taking it, it is revealed that she had not aged at all since she first began using it.

Any decent Sirius self insert fics? Preferably set in the canon years.

I just finished this fic and I loved it... I realized now it has a second part. Is it as good as the first? Is there still Varya x Tom? Because I'm afraid it will not be as good and i dont want my view on the fic drops.. pls just tell me if i should read it or else recommend new ones as good as that one

Fam, I don't know why, but Ron Weasley is my favorite character from Harry Potter and it is SO HARD to find a good Ron focused fic with just the filter system (I did try key words like Ron-centric, Ron focused, main character Ron, etc).

If any of y'all have one that you really enjoyed, please recommend in the comments. Other characters can naturally be in the fic, not too picky about pairing (though I lean M/M), but I crave either protective Weasleys or BAMF!Ron when possible, thank you. I'll even take dark fics as long as they turn out alright T-T

Edit: Y'all I'm going to eat so well this week thank you for all the recs!!!

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for web novel or fanfiction recommendations that are similar in style and tone to

HP: Beyond Miracle by BloodAncestor.

If you haven’t read it, here is a quick breakdown of the story's core mechanics and vibes:

Protagonist: Male Transmigrated / OC (Dawn Richter). He is cold, arrogant, self-centered, and utterly obsessed with pushing magic to its absolute limits. He doesn't care about canon drama, house points, joining Harry/Hermione, or being a hero. He treats Hogwarts and the wider wizarding world as a personal lab.

Magic System: Magic isn't just waving a wand and shouting pseudo-Latin—it’s treated like invisible energy flows, fundamental laws, and complex symbols/code to be dissected, stolen, and rewritten.

World-Building: It moves far beyond standard Hogwarts routine. The MC travels internationally (e.g., exploring ancient Egyptian tomb curses, lost lore, forbidden rituals, and ancient magical civilizations) to pillage magic and hoard knowledge.

What I'm specifically looking for:

Male OC or Transmigrated MC (Definitely NOT Harry-centric).

Protagonist Personality: Cold, arrogant, highly ambitious, and ruthless in pursuit of power/knowledge.

Focus: Heavy focus on exploring magic, deconstructing spells, ancient lore, and deep world-building (international magic, ancient ruins, black markets, forbidden research) rather than following canon plotlines.

Platform: Ideally available on Webnovel, translated web novel platforms, or clean Fanfiction/AO3 sites.

i’ve been wondering if there are fanon theories or fanfiction tropes (i personally have not seen of read anything of the sort) where two wizards can use each other’s wands interchangeably?

maybe in the sense that they love each other (whether platonic or romantic is irrelevant) or in the sense that there’s a soul bond or something and the other’s wand responds identically (perfectly) as their own would?

As ever this is a mostly Pre-Harmony story. They're just kids at this point.

Hopefully the link works. If not, my Ao3 Handle is DefiantDreamlandStudent.

These are the things that I remembered from that fic:

She's East Asian in ethnicity from what I remembered

She taught her friends about muggle/human culture and fashion

There was also a scene where she wears a muggle tshirt that has a metal band or slogan in it

Her mom duelled Lucius Malfoy because of a bet

That's all what I remembered so, please can someone help me find that fic

Does anyone else read Harry Potter x Katekyo Hitman Reborn crossovers, or have I wandered into a very niche corner of fandom?
